I have the “Altice” all in one that doesn’t need a Router. This Altice company is French, and is not Optimun anymore, they bought “Cablevision” and depend of the boxes you have. Apple - remove this from the app store until it is fixed. There are plenty of good programmers out there. I am tired of wasting my time and don’t understand why they just don’t make a decent app. I asked if they would get in touch to tell me the problem fixed. I was told they would get in touch if they needed additional information. After over an hour my problem was “escalated”. We went through a whole list of things such as deleting and reinstalling the app, opening and closing, etc. Ugh!!! Update: I spent over an hour on chat with Suddenlink. Suddenlink is nearly impossible to get in touch with and my past experiences are they can’t solve the problem anyway. On my AppleTV it keeps telling me I have a 403 error.
